Why per-client pricing?
Because client count is the closest proxy for the value you get from the platform. A firm with 5 clients pays R250/month; a firm with 200 pays R6,000/month. Volume tiers ensure larger firms don't pay disproportionately more — the rate drops all the way to R5 per client beyond 500.
What if I have fewer than 5 clients?
You still pay R50 per active user and R50 per client — no minimum platform fee. A solo practitioner with 3 clients would pay R200/month before VAT.
Is there an annual discount?
Yes — pay annually and save 10%. Use the calculator below to see your firm's exact saving.
How does AI processing get billed?
Bank statement extraction is metered per token — typically R0.50–R5 per statement depending on length. You see the exact rand cost of every extraction in your dashboard before it's billed.
What happens after the 30-day trial?
Your organisation pauses (data preserved) until you activate a subscription. We email reminders three days before the trial ends.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — cancel from the billing settings. You retain access through the end of the current billing period and have 30 days to export your data afterwards.
